Antioxidant and Aromatic Medical Plant

Since time immemorial man has been using plant extracts to protect himself against several diseases and also to improve his health and life-style. No doubt, plants are serving several purposes whether health, nutrition, beauty or medicinal. With the development in techniques and recent researches, it has been proved that certain non-nutritive chemicals in plants such as terpenoids and flavonoids which were earlier thought to be of no importance to human diet, possess antioxidant properties.
The plants are susceptible to damage caused by active oxygen and thus develop numerous antioxidant defense system resulting in formation of numerous potent antioxidants. Many aromatic, medicinal and spice plants contain compounds that possess confirmed strong antioxidative components. The essential oils derived from aromatic plants not only serve as fragrance and flavour agents but also as dietary antioxidant expected to prevent several diseases caused by free radicals.
The essential oils are the secondary metabolites of the aromatic plants which include the fragrant material extracted from the root, bark, wood, seed, fruit, leaf or flower of a single plant. Essential oils are extracted from the plants by various methods such as distillation (steam distillation, hydro distillation or hydro-steam distillation), mechanical compression, expression or solvent extraction etc. due to their volatile nature. These oils are very potent containing the odour, taste, and medicinal properties of the plant in concentrated form. The therapeutic properties of essential oils are utilized in massage, inhalation, diffusers, fresheners etc. The recent researches have also proved that these can also be used as antioxidants in order to protect our body from various disastrous and chronic diseases, like cancer, arthritis, common cold cough, cataracts etc. which weaken the immune system of the body.
This article aims to focus on aromatic and medicinal plant molecules used as antioxidants and their behaviour to prevent the different disorders on human health and life style.

4 Things You Never Knew Your Mobile Phone Could Do

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies. Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:

1. Emergency
The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112. If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.
Also in Australia , the Australian emergency number 000 can be dialled whilst your mobile phone keyboard is locked. This is another reason why 000 receives so many false emergency calls!

2. Have you locked your keys in the car?
Does your car have remote keyless entry? This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone: If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
Note: It works fine! I tried it out and it unlocked our car over a mobile phone!" (i did not test it, the author of this topic tested it)

3. Hidden Battery Power
Imagine your mobile battery is very low. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your mobile will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your mobile next time.

4. How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone!:
*#06#
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless. You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.
Not only the above, but also in Australia your stolen phone is added to a "Stolen Mobile Phone" database, so if your phone is found later on it can be returned to you.

Does our government train killers? Of course it does. Every government does. To believe otherwise is stupid. Today, the C.I.A., the D.I.A., the N.S.A., and each special operations branch of our armed forces all maintain elite “termination squads.”
Then there is the Mafia, every person on this planet knows about a Mafia of some sort. Mafia hitmen are the most dangerous killers. Patriotism or nationalism doesn’t motivate them. They do it all for money. Fortunately, they are used exclusively in the organized crime communities to kill informants, thieves, traitors, and the like.
Regardless of who their employers be, all pro killers use similar techniques. It is these methods that assassins universally employ that we will learn about in the following chapters.
This book is compiled of personal knowledge and files I feel are common to the professional assassin’s field of work.
I've never written a book before so if it sucks ass please forgive me.

21 Technique OF Silent Killing

In many ways, killing is tied in with movement, and it's vital. The method by which you kill your enemies will change, based on the situation you are in, and on your style.

Firstly, make sure that you are comfortable with the control keys, and are able to quickly select weapons, reload, holster, drop weapons, sneak and lean. These are vital to your success. Secondly, make sure you have the place cased out. Try not to kill people randomly - make sure that there is no one else hanging about, and if there is, that they are preferably out of earshot, but definitely out of vision. Dropping someone when a passer-by ambles past is never a good idea!
